Letter to Campers and Families
Dear Camp Loyaltown Campers and Families:
Before we enjoy the upcoming summer days, we have many important updates to share with you. Even if a camper has been coming to Camp Loyaltown for many years, we have changes regarding Our Administration Team, Medication, and Transportation to update you on.
The schedule is designed to allow in-person or virtual attendance. All in-person orientations will be held at the AHRC Nassau Mansion located at 189 Wheatly Road, Brookville (Glen Head), NY 11545.
Our schedule will be:
- May 14 from 11-12 pm – Ball room Brookville Mansion
- May 16 from 6-7 pm – Ball room Brookville Mansion
- May 18 from 6-7 pm – Ball room Brookville Mansion
- May 20 from 11-12pm – Zoom meeting
- May 23 from 6-7 pm – Zoom meeting
To ensure that each camper has the most fun and relaxing camp experience possible, our information sessions will be updating you on activities at camp, updates from the Director, information from Assistant Director and updates/information form the Nurse Manager. We ask that you contact the Operations Manager of Camp Loyaltown Darius Benjamin, so that he can place your name on our parent orientation roster list of attendees.
